leadership as Chief Operations and Commercial Officer for organizations like Hoylande A.s. in

through structured accountability.A pioneer in fintech innovation, Lum conceptualized and led the engineering of Europe's first
crypto bank, Unico Crypto Bank, orchestrating a specialized team to deploy a core banking

in banking infrastructure and architecture alongside his distinct innovation capacities, he
